Pursuant to the City of Chula Vista Charter § 600 and Municipal Code Chapter 2.28, the Board of Ethics advises and makes recommendations to the City Council on all matters relating to potential unethical conduct and to make such necessary and appropriate recommendations to the City Council for the implementation of the Code of Ethics.
