Pursuant to the City of Chula Vista Charter § 600 and Municipal Code Chapter 2.63, the Measure A Citizens’ Oversight Committee (“COC”) was created to review and report on all Measure A proposed expenditure plans, financial reports and audits. Measure A is the half-cent sales tax measure to fund public safety staffing and services that was passed by Chula Vista voters in June 2018.
